Robert Poston

Robert Poston has been with the Construction Trainer for the YouthBuild program since 2007. He is responsible for providing construction education to youth in the classroom as well as on work sites.  He has over 42 years of experience in construction renovation.  Bob is no nonsense individual but has a deep compassion to help youth learn the importance of working in the construction field.   He is a certified instructor under NCCER and H-Pact both industry recognized construction certification programs.  He also received training in Quantum Learning.
